1. What the service does

YTivd lets you paste a public YouTube link, preview the video, and download the available video, audio or thumbnail files. Files are streamed to you from YouTube's own servers; we do not host, cache or re-publish any media.

2. Permitted use

Use YTivd only for content you own, content in the public domain, or content you have permission to download.
Personal, non-commercial use such as offline viewing, backup or accessibility is fine.
Do not use YTivd to redistribute, resell, re-upload or monetise material that belongs to someone else.

3. Copyright responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the files you download. Copyright law differs by country, and downloading protected material without permission may be unlawful where you live. YTivd is a technical tool and does not grant you any rights over the content.

4. Prohibited activity

Automated scraping, bulk querying, or overloading the service.
Attempting to bypass security, reverse engineer, or interfere with the infrastructure.
Any use that breaks applicable law or the terms of the platform hosting the video.

5. Availability

The service is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. Extraction depends on third-party platforms that change frequently, so we cannot promise that every video, quality, or format will always be available, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The site may show advertisements and link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
